The Sports Center offers an excellent range of aerobic workouts. Current classes include:

AQUA BOOTCAMP : A total body workout designed to improve muscular strength & endurance utilizing free weights & exercise tubing. Aqua is suitable for every fitness level. Get fit in the water!

BALL TONE : Full body workout using hand weights & stability ball to tone & strengthen your entire body. Quick paced to impact metabolism & cardio health.

SATURDAY GROOVE : A fun, motivating class that will make you burn calories & have you feeling like you are at a party. Full-body workout using light weights & dance moves, no dance experience necessary.

BOOTCAMP BOXING : Actual boxing footwork, bag & pad punching. Total body strength & conditioning exercises. All level/beginners welcome. Wraps REQUIRED. Boxing gloves provided.

BOOTCAMP STYLE : This is a total body workout. Build cardiovascular endurance while you spin, box, jump rope & run stairs. Tone your muscles with weights, resistance bands, the medicine & flexi-ball. This class is for all fitness levels.

CARDIO BOOST : Rev up your metabolism with this great mix of both low impact cardio endurance & sets of interval training. Improve your overall fitness while burning calories.

CARDIO BOOTCAMP : Jump start your workout! Timed drills, endurance training, body sculpting, & abs work. A super way to start your day burning calories.

CARDIO LATIN BALLROOM : Lose weight & get in shape the fun way! Take your fitness to a whole new level with: salsa, cha-cha, swing, meringue, & disco. No dance experience needed, beginners always welcome! Partner-free.

CORE STRENGTH & SCULPT : Strengthens your core focusing on the abs & back muscles. No impact on joints, incorporates light weights.

CARDIO TENNIS : A high energy fitness activity combining the best features of tennis with cardio exercise. A very social & fun class for players of all levels. If you’ve never played tennis it is a great way to be introduced to the sport, & a great way to train for tennis for experienced players. Regardless of your ability or fitness level you will get a great workout.

FULL BODY WORKOUT : 30 min workout will change your body. Short cardio bursts to burn fat & calories. Strength training to tone upper body. Resistance bands to sculpt lower body. Crunches & plyometrics to tighten abs & core. All levels.

MAT PILATES : Stretch & strengthen your abdominal, back, arms, & legs through ballet-based movements. No impact on the joints; toning is accomplished through a series of graceful ballet extensions to allow for greater flexibility.

POWER SCULPT : Work every body part with weight & conditioning exercises with little recovery time between exercises.

POWER SCULPT II : Strengthen & sculpt your body. This circuit training class utilizes weights, balls, bands & Barres. This class will challenge you, making you feel strong & energized!

SCULPT FUSION : Combines functional movement, resistance training & balance with a strong focus on defining the core muscles by challenging both strength & stability. A total body workout designed for all levels.

SPIN : This 50 minute stationary bicycling class simulates the ‘real thing’ over a variety of terrains…fast flats to steep hills & rolling roads. For all fitness levels. The Sports Center is an Official Licensee of the Spinning Program.

SPIN/SCULPT/STRETCH : 40 minute Spin followed by 20 minute Sculpt & Stretch. A great way to start your day.

WAR & PEACE : Kickboxing & martial arts drills, functional core training, boot camp, deep stretching, & mindfulness.

YOGA I : A traditional yoga class covering basic postures, breath work, & meditation techniques taught in a multi-level format, providing both beginner & intermediate methodology.

YOGA HATHA FLOW (level 2) : Begins with a simple, seated warm-up, slowly builds into an intermediate flow while building up heat & endurance…class ends with hips, abs, & lower back stretches. Not for the beginner.

AASATTI YOGA™ (Deep Stretch) : A variety of deep stretch postures that allow us to move into & through ourselves with grace as we surrender into the experience.

Zumba® : An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party™ that's moving millions of people toward joy & health. All levels welcome.
